We bought a teak table and chairs from Luxus Home and Garden back in September 2021. After using the protector treatment they sent along with the order, we had about a month of outdoor use before storing it in our brick garage. When we took it out in May 2022, even though it had mostly been kept indoors, the so-called hardwood teak had become quite brittle, cracking and splitting. The color of the wood inside doesn’t resemble either weathered or new teak. By July 2022, two of the eight chairs completely broke, with the arms or the support bar underneath just splitting off. I lodged a complaint in July 2022, but despite following up several times and getting various promises from different customer service reps (one even claimed to be the “boss”), I still haven’t heard anything back as of February 2023. The reasons given for the delays have been all over the place. Like another reviewer pointed out, this company seems either like a scam or just really poorly managed.

The furniture is of fantastic quality and comes at a fair cost. Jhon was super helpful throughout the whole process, from picking out the pieces to putting them together. I'm really happy with my buy and would definitely suggest Luxus to others! Thanks a bunch 💥

I ordered a table, but they sent me the wrong one. It took ages to get them to agree to swap it out. When they finally got back to me, they said the table I wanted was out of stock. After that, I had to wait another two weeks for them to pick up the incorrect table. I spent a month chasing them down, and they still hadn’t processed my refund, despite all the excuses. In the end, after two months, I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back. Seriously, avoid this company. It feels like a scam or just really poorly managed.

I'm really pleased with the customer service and the item I received at an awesome price. I searched high and low for a decent teak table and bench combo; most options were either low-quality and flimsy or pricey and well-made. This one hits the sweet spot for both value and quality. Definitely would recommend it!
